Lower Wall Heights

Currently some of the wall heights are set at 8' and a lower value is not permitted. Would love to see that value lowered to 3 or 4 feet depending on the section. I understand some sections may not be capable of lowering that much do to there geometry. Also some of the wall sections may need to be adjusted. A few wall sections with pavement shoulders place the shoulder elevations at an odd value. Adjacent sections usaully need to be adjusted to this odd height in order to get them to connect.
