Guardrail and barrier assets may not need spacing.

Some of the assets like guardrail and concrete barrier really don't need a spacing setting. These are continous features and the interface is a little confusing to set the right spacing. By default the spacing isn't 100% continuous and some adjustment seems to be needed. That said, I think some of the construction barrier may need spacing. Zane Pratt David Evans & Assoc.
