More distance between the trees, light poles, etc.

Lots of feedback in my office on spacing. For example, we wanted to place 2 large trees, and 1 small tree, but the spacing wouldn't allow it. Same for light poles. We only wanted one, but the spacing wouldn't allow it. Randomizing trees would be great too!
