Small Fixes

The cyclists on the sidewalk section are a great addition, but they are limited to a max speed of 5mph. That appears to be a bit too slow. I think this should maybe be boosted to 8-10 mph for cyclists on sidewalk. I think the parking lane minimum width should be 6 feet, if possible. Agencies I’ve worked with allow a minimum of 7’ parking lane, and that usually includes the 12” of the gutter pan in the curb & gutter next to the lane. Not sure if the parked car assets would fit in 6’ though. I liked Primary & Secondary assets with a section more when they would alternate – it wasn’t perfect, but the way it works now is possibly worse since the foremost primary & asset will overlap/conflict regardless of spacing. The perfect fix would be allowing more spacing - up to just a single asset per section, and allowing longitudinal adjustment/offset along the section in addition to the lateral offset functionality already there.
