Cross Slope Tilting and Labels

Roads often have a crown/tilt sometimes called superelevation (usually for drainage or traction around a curve). It would be nice if the sections could be tilted a certain percentage. The bottoms of the section would need to be clipped or filled in when the top is tilted.
